Cider has been a part of life in the Hudson Valley for centuries. Join us for a special Cider Night celebrating the launch of our new hard cider, made in collaboration with Graft of Newburgh, NY, using apples hand-picked from Boscobel’s heritage orchard.

Inspired by cider-making traditions of the early 19th century, and part of their “Native” line, Graft x Boscobel is a dry, full-flavored cider fermented with natural, native yeasts and microbes from the appleskins. It is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and made with minimal sulfites.

Graft’s master cider makers will also demonstrate traditional cider-pressing methods, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how apples from Boscobel’s orchard made their way from tree to can.

Your ticket includes tastings of a range of Graft ciders, including our Boscobel cider, along with charcuterie. Cans of Graft ciders will also be available for purchase throughout the evening. Celebrate with us overlooking Boscobel’s iconic view and peak Hudson Valley fall foliage. Cider Night will be hosted outside (weather permitting).

Best of all, your ticket helps support the ongoing stewardship of Boscobel’s heritage orchard, keeping this historic landscape—and its apples—growing for generations to come.

About Graft Cider

Graft was created by siblings Kyle & Sara Sherrer to develop a new kind of cider company.  Their concept was two-fold: paying respect to old-world style of cider making while simultaneously experimenting with modern brewing techniques. All of Graft’s ciders employ century-old European traditions of using wild yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. They then harness the flavor profiles created from this style of natural cider and develop unique and innovative styles which take a nod from some of the best craft beer producers in the world.

We are a small company with a big dream of bringing sour cider to the masses and have assembled an amazing team of people to help bring it to you!
