On display in the room interpreted as Peter Dyckman’s is a bed from Duncan Phyfe’s workshop that features carving on all four posts and a coverlet, which dates back to 1806. The carpet is a reproduction of a pattern Elizabeth Dyckman chose for the room. New York cabinetmaker Joel Curtis crafted the mahogany writing table where a copy of a letter written by Peter Dyckman now rests.
