BONFIRE NIGHT
Bonfire Night is a major holiday in Great Britain, and in honor of loyalist States Dyckman,
Boscobel's founder, we are joining in the tradition.
Come to Boscobel to rally around a blazing bonfire and to enjoy a fall evening sipping
hot cider, crunching toffee apples and roasting a marshmallow or two.
Bundle in a blanket
with friends and family and take in the crackle of a great fire!

with Costumed Docents
Elegantly decorated for receiving visitors, Boscobel House will be
awash
in the soft glow of candlelight for tours guided by
engaging docents in period costumes.
Come learn about 19th century entertaining customs in an
enchanting atmosphere
that promises to become a favorite family tradition.

COSTUMED HOUSE TOURS
On the last Friday of every month, Boscobel's docents will dress in various period costumes to guide visitors through Boscobel House on an interactive, interpretive tour. They will explain life and times of the 1800s and perhaps share "inside stories" of the Dyckman family: the help, the visitors, the hardships and the celebrations. Step back in time for a fresh
perspective on past & present life.
